About the role

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-focused individual to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This is an exciting opportunity to manage and develop key Archive user relationships while maintaining a strong work-life balance.

You will play a key role in delivering excellent stakeholder experience ensuring a high standard of service delivery, and supporting the success of the wider team.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Act as a key point of contact for enquiries, ensuring a high level of service
  • Coordinate internal teams to meet client needs
  • Monitor performance and provide reports and updates
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client experience
  • Support delivery of projects and wider team objectives

 

About you

  • Experience in account management, customer service, or stakeholder engagement
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and work effectively across multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
  • Good attention to detail and confident using Microsoft Office systems
  • Previous experience in an archives service or experience of using archives for research
  • Potentially interested in becoming a professionally qualified Archivist
