Advanced Excel skills. (Excel tools such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, data validation, reporting, and dashboard creation. You will be expected to analyse workforce data, produce reports and forecasts, and provide insights to support senior decision-making.
While resource management experience is desirable, we are primarily seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who can confidently support administrative, coordination and reporting activities, maintain accurate records, manage data and documentation, and undertake a range of general administrative tasks. The role also requires the confidence and professionalism to work effectively with senior stakeholders and communicate clearly across a range of teams and levels within the organisation.
About You
You will ideally already have experience supporting workforce planning, resource allocation, headcount management, recruitment forecasting, capacity planning, or similar workforce-focused activities.
You will be confident working with large datasets, producing meaningful workforce insights, and influencing decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis.
You'll Bring

Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Index Match, reporting, dashboards and data analysis.

Some experience analysing workforce, recruitment or operational data to identify trends, risks and resource gaps.

Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how resource decisions impact delivery, cost and organisational performance.

Experience producing headcount reports, forecasts and workforce dashboards for senior stakeholders.

The ability to challenge and influence stakeholders using data-led insights.

Exceptional attention to detail and experience maintaining workforce and organisational data.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Essential Requirements
You are unlikely to be successful if you do not have:

Some previous experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, or Recruitment Analytics or a similar resource-focused role.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Experience working with large and complex datasets.

Experience producing reports, forecasts and management information for senior leaders.

Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
