Are you curious, creative, self-starter keen to make a difference across the broad range of TfL’s activity? We are looking for people who have a strong desire to make a meaningful impact on Transport for London to join our change team as a Business Change Analyst! You don’t need experience of working in change (though if you have it that helps), but you will need to be willing to get stuck in and build your skills, so you can play a key role in the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for successful candidates to develop their change experience learn and grow!

 

We are the custodians of Transport for London’s operating model, helping our business turn its strategic objectives and priorities into a tangible reality. We work across the entire organisation with a wide range of functions, from frontline operations to large scale back-office teams, providing them with the expertise and frameworks to facilitate successful transformation. Within the Change Design function, we start by collaboratively working with our colleagues to understand and articulate key organisational problems. We ensure all the key dots are joined and issues are interpreted in a joined-up manner across the entire TfL change landscape, before working together using a blend of tested methodologies and bespoke approaches to design and build solutions that meet our objectives. Change Design goes beyond just resolving a given problem – it also involves identifying other opportunities for potential improvement, coaching our colleagues, providing strategic advice and, where needed, objective and constructive challenge to our senior leaders.

 

As a Business Change Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting business change projects by:

  • Conducting detailed business analysis and insight activities
  • Developing high-quality design and project documentation tailored to different stakeholder groups
  • Collaborating with senior managers to define project scope and requirements
  • Supporting in the planning and facilitation of workshops and other key sessions or forums.

 

Key assessments for this role will include your ability to:

  • Effectively communicate and influence stakeholders
  • Analyse and interpret information from a wide range of sources
  • Deliver high-quality data analysis
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Adapt to changing organisational needs.
