The Emerging Talent team design and deliver development programmes for Graduates, Apprentices, Interns, and Year-in-Industry students. This role is key to ensuring these programmes run smoothly and provide an excellent experience for participants.

You’ll support the team by managing logistics, coordinating onboarding, maintaining documentation, and helping deliver events. You’ll also be a point of contact for participants and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate logistics for programme delivery, including meeting spaces, resources, and storage.
  • Manage onboarding for participants, working with teams across the organisation to meet deadlines.
  • Events administration, for events such as inductions, careers fairs, programme workshops, and recruitment assessment centres.
  • Managing team mailboxes & calendar, including sending communications to candidates & stakeholders, and responding to queries.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring participants feel supported and welcomed.
  • Process payments and purchase orders for programme suppliers.
  • Arrange access and resources for participants and suppliers (equipment, building passes, digital accounts).
  • Maintain databases and ensure GDPR compliance.
  • Improve processes, supporting the team in delivering efficient, high-quality programmes.
  • Manage SharePoint sites and documentation for the team

 

Skills:

 

  • Strong administration and data management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to organise, prioritise, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Empathetic and participant-focused approach.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint

 

Knowledge:

 

  • Understanding of data protection and information governance
  • Awareness of diversity and inclusion best practice
  • Familiarity with service level agreements and performance tracking

 

Experience:

 

  • Providing administrative support in a busy team environment.
  • Problem-solving and influencing stakeholders.
  • Experience in HR or People functions (desirable).
  • Improving processes and workflows.
  • Managing confidential information with discretion.
  • Handling high-volume inboxes (desirable).
