You will join our RIBA and RICS award-winning in-house team, working on projects of varying scale and complexity across all TfL modes with the focus in London Underground. Day-to-day, your focus will be on delivering designs, assurance verification of external contractor submissions, site inspections, surveys and construction support. You shall make sure assets are safe, compliant, and operable; develop your own solutions; and be a trusted source of engineering advice for everyone, including our Heads of Engineering Delivery.
As a people leader within the Built Environment team, your role will include shaping the overall team in unison with the Principal Engineering Leaders and Head of Technical Discipline. The role includes guiding people in their development and in their project assignment to meet their developmental needs in addition to the needs of the business. You will be either a Registered Architect; Chartered Building Surveyor; Chartered Building Engineer; or a Chartered Builder and have working experience across design, construction, operation and maintenance of buildings and built environment assets.
