Salary: £60,000 – £63, 000 (dependent on experience) & excellent benefits

Location: Hybrid – North Greenwich, London & Remote Working. 

This role follows a hybrid working model, with 50% of time spent in the office and 50% working from home over a 4-week period.

What You’ll Do

Lead the definition and analysis of business problems across diverse portfolios such as Cybersecurity, Payments, Digital, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Asset Management

Produce clear, actionable documentation - from problem analysis to business change deployment

Engage stakeholders across TfL and beyond, translating complex needs into practical solutions

Support the procurement and delivery of technology solutions that improve how we work and serve London

 

What You’ll Bring

Strong experience in producing business requirements and process maps

Confidence working in Agile and Waterfall environments.

Clear communication skills, able to influence technical and non-technical audiences

Proven track record of delivering change through technology

Interview Schedule

We’ll be running a two-stage process designed to give you the opportunity to showcase both your experience and technical skills.

Stage 1: Virtual Competency-Based Interview

Week commencing 17th November 2025

Stage 2: In-Person Technical Assessment (Unseen Task)

Week commencing 24th November 2025

Candidates who progress past the first stage will be invited to complete a practical, unseen technical assessment at our Pier Walk office.
